The prices offered on our website are given all taxes included.

Your order will be delivered to any address by TNT service or by truck for larger size and/or heavy items.
The time limit mentioned here is given as an indication, for items available in stock at the time of order:express shipping services or airmail: 3 to 4 days.
Any order placed before 12.00 pm will be shipped on the same day (except if the item is out of stock).
Reception of the parcel
If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, a notice will be left in your mailbox. If the parcel has been delivered by the postal services, you will be able to claim it at the nearest post office. Otherwise you will have to call the shipping company and make an appointment.
