The machine is intended for training from 4 to 6 h, with built-in “UnderSpin” and “TopSpin” options by simply turning the key. If you wish to train in “Flat” mode, place the key in the middle position of the panel. Automatic adjustment of the increase in the height of the thrown ball is available.
