Questions about ordering and packing
Can I cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel your order before dispatch, but we are really quick at getting your package ready and sending it.
You would need to contact us within 45 minutes of placing your order.
If your order has already been dispatched you are able to return your items following our returns instructions.
Can I amend my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend or change your order. You are able to cancel providing we have not dispatched the items.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Because we have your email address we will always attempt to contact you explaining why your order has been cancelled. The order may have failed security checks or we may have not been able to fulfill your order.
When an order has been cancelled, a full refund is processed immediately.
Do you refund VAT?
We offer VAT refunds on all orders delivered outside of the EU and registered BFPO addresses. To claim your VAT back we ask that you wait until receipt of your order and then contact us with your order number and we will be able to assist.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive email confirmation with all the relevant tracking information.
You have a new promotion running. Can I use this on an order I have already placed?
Unfortunately any promotions are valid on new orders, and we will not be able to apply any discount to orders placed beforehand. You are able to cancel the order and make a new one.
