Can I recall my order?

You can annul your order before the dispatch of the goods, but be aware that we prepare goods for dispatch very fast.
You will need to contact us within 45 minutes as of the moment of placing your order.
If your order has been dispatched, you may return the goods by following our instructions for the return of goods.

Can I change my order?

When the order is placed, it can no longer be changed. You can cancel the order, if the goods have not been dispatched yet.

Why has my order been cancelled?

In the event of order cancellation, we will contact you via e-mail, explaining why your order has been cancelled. Your order has probably not passed all the required safety checks, or we have not had the opportunity to process your order.
If your order is cancelled, the money shall be immediately returned in full amount.

Do you include VAT, when shipping goods beyond the EU?

When shipping goods beyond the EU, we do not include the VAT in the total price of the product. Beyond the EU, VAT payments and the payments of import duties are the liability of the buyer.

Do you refund the VAT?

We offer a VAT refund on all orders that have been delivered beyond the EU and at the registered BFPO addresses. To request the refund of the VAT, contact us after the receipt of the invoice and indicate the order number.

When will I receive my order?

At the moment when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive e-mail confirmation with the tracking No. and the respective information.

You have new campaign goods in your offer. Can I use this campaign offer, If I have already placed my order?

Unfortunately, the campaigns are not valid for offers that have already been placed. You can cancel the previous order and place a new order instead.
